How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Typically, your order will be processed within 48 hours after order receipt. Orders received Saturday thru Wednesday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders received Thursday thru Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Your order will be hand picked on shipment day and shipped to arrive at your doorstep within two days. Holiday deliveries may vary. If for some reason your order is detained by weather, availability, or other conditions beyond our control, you will be notified by our customer assistance department via phone or e-mail.
How will my seafood be shipped?
They are packed in a Styrofoam mailer with a cold pack insert to ensure that your shipment will arrive in perfect condition at approximately 36 degrees.
What is the difference in crab legs?
Crab legs are sold by
quality and size! The size commonly sold to the public
is 16 x 20. This means that there are 16 to 20 legs and
claws per ten pounds. Ours are 6 x 9 and are used by only
the finest seafood houses.
What is I.Q.F.?
This stands for "Independently
Quick Frozen". Many of the modern fishing
fleets are now equipped to process and flash freeze
their catch, resulting often in product which is
superior to product sold fresh!
How fresh is fresh?
On the day that your order is shipped, your product is hand selected by a professional chef for
guaranteed freshness. Then, using specially designed
shipping containers, your product is sent, arriving at
your home or office at approximately 36 degrees.
What is restaurant quality?
Have you ever wondered
why the products you purchase at your local market don't
taste quite like they do at your favorite restaurant?
One reason is the quality. Second grade product is far
more available than what is known as restaurant quality
product. Unfortunately, most second grade product is sold at the
consumer level because good restaurants will reject this
product.
