  • 0-2 lbs. = 10% under/50% over
  • 2-10 lbs. = 20% under/over
  • 10+ lbs. = under/over

  • 1 Pound (Chickens): 0.95-1.2 pounds
  • 1.25 Pound (Quarters): 1.20-1.45 pounds
  • 1.5 Pound (Halves): 1.45-1.65 pounds

Select sizes:

  • 2 Pounds: 1.75-2.0 Pounds
  • 3 Pounds: 2.5-3.0 Pounds

2% water loss is common on all live product deliveries.
