Your order is hand selected and packaged using the finest in insulated technology. We use gel ice packs specially designed for shipping either fresh or frozen products.We also use dry ice. Your fresh product arrives fresh, and your frozen product arrives frozen. In the summer months some thawing around the edges is normal. Orders will be delivered to your address in one to two days. All order are shipped - Signature released - no signature required. This means that if no one is there to receive order, the driver will leave the order at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order (the same as a signature). You will be responsible for full payment of the order. We will email the tracking number when the order is shipped to help you monitor the delivery of your order. If this is a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that a perishable package is coming.

We are not able to ship outside the United States, to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. Saturday delivery requires an additional charge. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii involve an additional charge.

Shipping charges are are a flat rate of just $24.95 for any size order (this does not include shipments to Alaska or Hawaii).

Shipping Times

We are open Mon-Wed 11am - 6pm, Thurs 11am - 8pm, Fri 11am - 9pm, Sat 9am - 7pm, Sun 11am - 2pm CT.

Orders placed Monday thru 8pm Wednesday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders received Thursday thru Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to weather, availability, or other conditions.

Shipping Address

To ensure that your order is received without delay, please make sure that the recipient's address is accurate. We cannot accept P.O. boxes or  APO/FPO as a delivery address.  Also, the recipient's phone number is critical for delivery purposes.

Holiday Shipping

Holidays tend to increase the expected shipping times due to high volume. Please order early and plan on additional time for order processing.
